I can help you to process your feelings - past or present ones. Or to improve self-awareness, personal growth, acceptance and resilience. Or it might be that you wish to learn more practical coping strategies.
We might explore areas including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, coping with grief, coping with loss, life changes, caring responsibilities, motivation, self esteem, & confidence, as well as many more.
Regardless of the issue; I believe that you are the expert of your story and we will work together at your pace.
Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

Being an integrative counsellor, I use a flexible and adaptable approach, by combining various theories and techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. My core modality is in Person Centred Counselling, with additional training in Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Techniques.
This all means
Being an integrative counsellor, I use a flexible and adaptable approach, by combining various theories and techniques to meet the unique needs of each client. My core modality is in Person Centred Counselling, with additional training in Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Techniques.
This all means we have more than one potential way or working together and we can use the different approaches to find what suits you the best.
But whatever the underlying theory is, our sessions will be very down to earth , understanding and realistic.
Some people like to set specific goals from the start, others prefer not to. Or have a very clear idea of their focus for therapy, whereas others are more unsure. There is not right or wrong way to start.
